Booking Policies

  • You can confirm your reservation only after depositing a deposit of 1/3 of the final amount within 5 days of the day of booking.
  • In the event that you do not deposit during this period, your reservation is considered void.
  • Check in time in the room is after 14:00
  • Check out time until 12:00

Acceptable payment methods

  • Cash and bank deposit.

Cancellations / Reservation Changes

  • If canceled up to 25 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded within 30 days.
  • For cancellations less than 25 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable.
  • In case of early departure, the customer is required to pay 50% of the remaining days in addition to the overnight stays.
  • In the event of a one day stay, the client is required to pay the total cost of the reservation.
  • In case of booking multiple rooms, the deposit applies to each room separately and in case of cancellation or more rooms is not offset with the remaining rooms of the reservation.

 
Children / Extras

  • Children under the age of 2 are free of charge and a park-as-you-have is provided upon request.
  • Children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding in the room.
  • The accommodation may refuse to stay if, upon arrival, additional persons appear on the number of beds make a reservation.
  • In case of room availability with extra bed, the client is required to pay 20% extra room of the original reservation.
  • Maximum capacity of babycots is 1.
  • There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
